It is a precisely scaled version of our tried and true 3\/4 Bohemian model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the world of double bass, the term \u201cBohemian\u201d refers to the instrument building tradition in the western Czech region surrounding Prague \u2013 the source of classic contrabasses by such names as Juzek, Prokop, Bittner, and Lutz. The Upton Bohemian upright bass is a flexible, reliable instrument suitable for a broad range of musicians. The Bohemian is not about excess. Its form is defined by purpose.
