We\u2019re excited to offer this Herold Jaeger bass from 1934, made in Czechoslovakia. A good solid maple instrument with character.
\nThis bass has been scraped and re-varnished with a spirit varnish, giving it a healthy finish. <\/p>\n
It shows some minor quirks from previous work\u2014particularly in the neck\u2014but it\u2019s set up well and plays reliably. The fingerboard and bridge are in decent condition; we\u2019ll dress the board and bridge for a smooth playing experience.<\/p>\n

There is an open seam to glue, and some minor cracks, but the bass is overall healthy and stable.
