It is a precisely scaled version of our tried and true 3\/4 Bohemian model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the double bass world, the term \u201cBohemian\u201d refers to the instrument building tradition in the western Czech region surrounding Prague &#8211; the source of classic contrabasses by such names as Juzek, Prokop, Bittner, and Lutz. The Upton Bohemian upright bass is a flexible, reliable instrument suitable for a wide range of musicians. The Bohemian is not about excess. Its form is defined by purpose.
